Rutgers University

Rutgers Day is a festival held on the last Saturday in April every year at Rutgers University. It typically brings in tens of thousands of festival-goers onto Rutgers campus. I was contacted by the university to give the event its first brand refresh in over 10 years.

The team chose option 1. The colors were adjusted to match the Rutgers University palette.

The new design system needed to be flexible, so I chose a grid-based approach. The relevant building blocks were provided in a package of assets to allow the team to easily build designs from.
